Looking at your question, it appears that the problem is not always on the same channel (right/left). This makes me wonder if the problem is the source or the cables you are using. The easy way to test this is to connect everything, check which speaker is not working, then swap the left and right cables at the aux jack. If the same speaker does not work, then it is a problem with the SA-AK200.
If the problem switches to the other speaker, the SA-AK200 is not the problem and you should try replacing the cables or suspect the source (whatever you are trying to connect to aux) is at fault. The drive in this machine and also in the RX-FT560 has two belts. The long one makes the capstans go around, and the short one makes the take up reals move. In the photo, you can see the short belt, and I have drawn a not too straight line where the long one goes.

There is no AUX input on the SC-HT733. (The manual for the SC-HT733 available online covers three models. Only one, the SC-HT930, has an AUX input.) With the original remote for the SC-HT930, the remote has a TV/Video Aux button. The SC-HT930's Input selector button (to the right of the power button) will add an Aux option when you cycle through all of the available inputs.
